Weekly Update - 3/20
Thank you Patrick for the lesson this morning, with the text coming from Matthew 14:22-36. He asked if we could even imagine seeing someone walking on the water?
We would probably be as terrified as the disciples were!
*Storms reveal how strong we are!
*There are 366 times in the Bible where we are told "DO NOT FEAR".
*When we are in the storm, Jesus prays for us!
*Jesus comes to us, just like he did for the disciples... In the middle of the lake! And He does this, because He loves us and we are His children!
What are the those scary waters that God is trying to help you through?

Update on Caleb Keele - 3/3 - 1:45PM
Caleb was in quite a bit of pain last night but they were able to keep him comfortable with meds. He is really sore today and it is going to be a big day for him because they only want him in the bed to sleep. So he will have to be up a lot more. Progress is being made tho! The youth group face timed him last night and that really lifted his spirits!

Update on Roxanne Raper - 3/2 - 12:30pm
She says that she is feeling lots better
today. They did a test this morning to make sure that there were no leaks
from the surgery. NONE! Since the surgery was a bigger ordeal than they
thought it was going to be, she will probably not get to come home until
Friday, if then. She said to tell everyone hi and thanks you all for the
prayers!
Update on Caleb Keele - 3/2 - 12:15PM
Caleb had a good night. Leslie said that he's watching a movie on the iPad. He is a little apprehensive about getting up and around later today. She said he feels good enough to be grumpy. (But so would anyone, who's had rods put in their back!) The epidural comes out today and the oral meds begin. Please keep Caleb and his family in your prayers!
Update on Jerry Langley - 3/2 - 12:0pm
Jerry is still in ICU and heavily sedated and on a ventilator. He has a broken shoulder blade, nose, both hands, leg in two spots, and ankle. He had some internal bleeding earlier in the week and had surgery to correct. Today they are going back into his abdomen to make sure the first surgery to correct the internal bleeding took. He will need several other surgeries over the next few days to fix all the bones. Kay is doing ok and got some much needed rest last night. Please continue praying for the Jerry and the family.
