Weekly Update - 12/14

RESPONSE:  Robyn Figgins feels that she has a strong calling from God and surrendering her life to the things HE wants her to be about.

PRAYERS:

• Harley Staley fell at home this morning and passed out.  He was taken to PRMC/ER.  No other details are known at this time.
  Sharon Kinison is in PRMC/Room 402.
• Pat Houser is in PRMC/Room 512.
• Chris Brown will have arm surgery this week.
• Gail Kennedy is doing well after her heart cath this week and was with us this morning.
• Evelyn Perry has not been feeling well this week, but she was also at worship today.
• Adrian Casey says that she is feeling good.  Will start treatments at the cancer center soon.
• Lesa Bulls' aunt, Sandra Fritchie, is having issues with back pain.

PJC LADY DRAGONS:  We will be feeding the Lady Dragons on Dec.31st and Jan 2nd.  There is a sign-up sheet at the Welcome Center.

CHRISTMAS BASKETS:  If you are filling a basket, please have it at the church bldg by MONDAY, December 15th.

BLOOD DRIVE:  This Wednesday night will be our final Blood Drive for this year.  Carter Blood Care will be in the OutReach Bldg from 4pm to 8pm.

CHRISTMAS INVITATION:  "Please join us at noon on Christmas day at our house for lunch.  Bring your favorite food, your favorite game, or just yourself for an afternoon of food and fellowship. ~Louie and Marolyn Woodall"

SIMPLE SUPPER:  This weeks entree is TACO SOUP.  If you weren't able to sign-up this morning and want to join us, please call the church office by noon on Tuesday.
