Our Sympathy...

Charlotte Grooms mother- in-law and Sue Munday's sister, Mona Grooms, passed away  this afternoon.   Services are pending at Bright Holland Funeral Home.

What a blessing....

I received a phone call today from a young lady that used to attend LACOC.  She moved away from Paris after graduation.  Over the last few years she had strayed from God, but through prayers of her Christian friends she has come back to the Lord.
Through tears and laughter this morning, she said that she misses Lamar Avenue and the friends that she made here.  She said that she feels she is the result of someone else's prayers.  I thought that was rather prophetic.  You don't stop praying for someone, just because you don't see them all the time.
God bless you sweet friend....LACOC misses you too and we'll be here waiting for you!
