Webber had an appointment with the neuro-surgeon, at Baylor, today for the Degenerative Disc Disease and spinal stenosis.
The doctor doesn't want to do the back surgery until the abdominal hernia is removed. (Too high of a risk.)
He's referred him to a surgeon.
