  • Claude Jones - Has been diagnosed with cellulitis in his foot.
  • Vicki Humphrey - Pancreatic cancer. 
  • Butch Mills - He is on hospice, at their home. Please call before visiting.
  • Cullum and Judy Hillis and granddaughter Kinnadiee have all been sick this past week.

CAN YOU HELP?  There is a need for an adult team of two to help in Children's Worship.  We usually have 2 pre-teen/teen helpers each week, but your commitment will be for one Sunday every third month.  That's it!!  Please see Tanya Welch if you can help with this ministry.  Everything is prepared for you ahead of time.  It really isn't hard work!
LTC 2018:  If you signed up to bring a food or drink item to help out the LTC team with snacks and breakfast, please make sure it is here at the building no later than Wednesday, March 29th.  Please leave in the foyer or put in the far right refrigerator in the gym kitchen, with your item clearly marked "LTC".  If you would prefer to give money to help provide pizza for 25 people for Saturday lunch, please give donations to Kristi Lee.  Thank you in advance for your support!

RAINBOW ROOM:  Boys/Girls jackets or pants

PANTRY NEEDS: Soup with meat and toilet paper

SIMPLE SUPPER
:  This weeks entrée is Hamburgers. $3 per person!
Don't forget to sign up each Sunday, on your attendance card in the pew, or call the church office no later than Tuesday at noon to let us know you'll be eating dinner on Wednesday night.

Weekly Update - 3/18


Thank you John Cannon for your lesson this morning from Philippins 2:1-11..."The 7 things that Jesus had that we need."

Our Sympathy... is extended to Bill and Nancy Partin on the passing of his brother, Doug Anable, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Please keep the family in your prayers.

Please pray for local architect and musician Paul Denney.
He is in Medical City/Plano.
They have surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning 7:30 a.m.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to Dinah Border... She's a great-grandmother again!!!  Jett James Radtke was born this morning, weighing in at 6 pound and 14 ounces.  He was born at 9:30 a.m.! He is perfect & we couldn’t be happier to have him here with us finally! Thanks to all that have checked on us, your support means so much!!  Dinah's granddaughter Jazzmayne is Jett's mommy and LeAndra Maughon is his grandmother.

Update on Mike Bishop - 3/8

Lindsey Bishop posted this update:  "A great day. Recovering with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and therapy for the soul. A visit from some great friends from Paris. Memories & stories shared, tears, & laughter. To all of our Family/Friends from Paris,Tx thank you for all the calls, prayers, and your generosity. Love to all.
Hope to see you soon! Dad will be going home from rehab on SUNDAY!
