Karen Cato posted this morning:  Prayers please for Josh and Amie. They are in Utah at balloon flight school. Amie was injured yesterday evening while running ground crew for a fellow balloonist. She is in the hospital in surgery at this time. 

Update: Amie is out of surgery and responsive... please keep praying.

Please pray for my mother. She is currently being transported by ambulance to Mercy hospital. She appears to be having a heart attack. She is becoming unresponsive. Please pray hard.❤️ Thank u! 

Update: keep praying, looks like a stroke. She has regained some consciousness. Keep up the strong prayers. Thank u. 

Update 2:  Mom is at Mercy now. My brother is in the parking lot. Waiting for news. She was conscious when she left in the ambulance.

Also... Shelle's uncle just passed away from Covid.

Update on Tony Clark - 11/25

Tony Clark, a/k/a Santa, remains in Stillhouse after testing positive for Covid. He was asymptomatic and they had to postpone his surgery. He will have wound vac surgery on Dec.1st at Baylor/Dallas. Praying that this will keep from having to amputate his leg. I asked him today how he was feeling... he said he's very sick. He's on day 5 of Covid. The doctors told him that days 7 and 8 will be the worst. He's on the breathing machine 6 hours today and oxygen levels are low. Please continue to pray specifically for:

• For oxygen levels to go UP.
• For days 7 and 8 to be easy for him.
• For the wound vac surgery to keep amputation from happening.

Update on the Sprools family - 11/18

Update on James and Geraldine Sprools:  Geraldine has been discharged from PRMC and is at Kindred Hospital to hopefully get the rest of the care she needs. It’s great that they are pulmonary specialists. Her lungs are sounding better. She’s feeling better and ready to go home. Hopefully she won’t be there long. James is home alone and doing pretty good. He’s still weak and gets winded. Trying to encourage him to get up and walk when the TV goes to a commercial. He needs to drink more. He is still having headaches regularly so still having some symptoms. Thank all of you for all the prayers, texts, calls and messages. Praying they will both soon recover from this and be back together. Please continue to pray for both of them.

Prayer Request - 11/18

Please continue prayers for Teresa Allen's parents. Her mom is headed back to the ER and her dad's symptoms are worsening.

Please keep Teresa Allen's parents in your prayers. Her mom has been to the ER and is positive for Covid. She has a very bad continuous cough. Her dad is getting tested but does not have results. His is diabetic and high risk if he is positive. Teresa is very worried about them both.

Update on the Anderson's 11/8

Carole posted today:  After two major sugar crashes, potassium crash, a trip to Quality ER, a 911 call, 3 negative Covid tests, a negative flu test, we got in to see my doctor. More blood work, exrays, etc, it seems I have Covid pneumonia in both lungs. No symptoms, felt fine outside of the sugar issue. At home, quarantined (Michelle also), and trying hard to feel better. This isn’t fun folks, but at least I am HOME! The sun will shine tomorrow and all will heal. 

Update on te Grooms 11/6

Charlotte posted this update:  Today has been a long day. Left house at 11:00 for the cancer center and got home at 5:00. Kenneth had IV hydration and CT scan and I had my PET scan. After 6 sticks to put in a needle in a vein it's done. Bone scan done and good. MRI done and my knot did grow from a 5 cm to a 7.5 cm. now wait on results from the scan today. One tired chick for sure.

Update on Sprool family - 11/6

Update on James and Geraldine Sprools: Their granddaughter just posted an update on their condition. Until now they have been quarantined at home and medicating. Today there was an incident to which left them both exhausted with oxygen levels dropping. My mother called an ambulance and PRMC is full and cannot take them. They are now on the way via ambulance to Mt. Pleasant.

She just updated the post and said they are getting settled into their rooms. I hate that they will be in separate rooms. We need everyone’s thoughts and prayers that they will get the treatment they need and start recovering quickly.

We cannot thank each of you enough for your support and prayers.

Kristi Bullard Moody asked that we add her friend, Mike Harmon, to the prayer list. He has been diagnosed with cancer.

Lloyd & Debra Usry, along with their 5 yr old great granddaughter are in quarantine because the 5 yr old came in contact with a teacher that tested positive for Covid. The 5 yr old, along with many other students, were sent home early today.
