Weekly Update - 3/18 - 9:47pm

Lora Arnold went forward this morning asking for a stronger faith and a stronger heart.  She needs to forgive herself and realize that God has already forgiven her.
Kathy Marshall also went forward asking for prayers for her and her daughter Mendy as they grieve the loss of her husband recently.  She also asked for prayers for her friend, Jonnie Logan, as she has recently been diagnosed with cancer and is also caring for her husband who is ill.
  • Please continue to remember Dinah Border and her family as they continue to grieve the loss of her husband Gary, this past week.
  • Donna McGee will be going to see a doctor in Tyler this week for testing.
  • Paul McClain will be having surgery soon for his shoulder.
  • Becky Webb asked that we pray for their son, Mark.  She asked that we send him cards of encouragement.  The address is:  Mark Webb - 125 Brown Avenue - Paris, TX 75460.
  • Jody Humphreys asked that we keep Randy Wheeler in our prayers.  He has been visiting LACOC recently.
  • Webber's co-worker, Beverly Wallace, needs prayers for her family.  Her husband recently had a stroke and heart attack and her daughter lost her baby this week. 
  • Kelci Welch asked for prayers for her friends who will be traveling to Missouri for a basketball tournament.
  • Charla Bishop asked for prayers for Mike as he is traveling and for one of her co-workers that has been ill, that she be returned to good health.
  • Lesa Bulls asked for prayers for Butch Bulls as he begins cancer treatments.
  • Please pray for the students and teachers who will be going back to school tomorrow.  And prayers for those traveling back to college.
MISSION TRIPS:  McKenna Jones will be going to Africa in May for 3 weeks, Paige Shaw (Danny and Mindy Bulls' daughter) will be going to Japan and Bailey Cannon will be going to Zambia in July for 2 1/2 weeks.

SIMPLE SUPPER: This weeks' entree is Irish Stew. These wonderful meals are still only $2. If you didn't sign up, this morning, and would like to join us for food and fellowship, call the church office by noon on Tuesday.

BENEVOLENCE CLOTHES CLOSET: Now accepting summer clothing only. Please make sure your donations are clean, folded and/or placed on hangers.

PANTRY NEEDS: Shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes.

H.A.L.O. has been cancelled this month due to a scheduling conflict.

LTC Scrapbooking Team is in need of pictures of newborn babies and baptisms that were taken from April 20, 2011 to now. Please give these to April McClour.
