Prayer Request Update - 6/18

Update on Sherry Cross Welch's sister-in-law, Jeanie Cross:
Jeanie is in a drug induced coma after having had a terrible car accident last week. She was to have surgery this morning on her right leg which was broke in 3 places but that has been postponed until around 5PM TODAY. She also has broken ribs, and a neck fracture. They had to amputate her left leg shortly after the accident. She is hanging in there but prayers are truly appreciated. It's a miracle that she is still alive after I saw a picture of the vehicle she was in. Please pray for her husband, Gary Cross and the family that is there at the hospital just waiting for answers.

Prayer Request - 6/18

Please pray for James Hanley. He was taken to the ER in Greenville this morning in severe pain. Kim is there with him. They are managing his pain and running tests. Kim thinks it may be kidney stones.

Right leg broken at hip and ankle, surgery will be done later. She will be under sedation for several days to let her body rest from the stress. Thank you for your continued prayers.

Prayer Request 6/7

Rita Pringle posted this about her mom and dad, Mierlan and Louise Payne...

Mom is in the hospital in Sikeston, MO. She has an infection in her body, her kidneys weren't working and she was severely dehydrated. Her bowels were also impacted which aggravated a hernia she didn't know she had. She was transferred to ICU late last night by the kidney specialist because of the bloody stools, I think. This morning she was awake and talking. They are giving her a unit of blood and they changed her fluids which seem to be helping her kidneys. Her oxygen levels are up also. Please pray for her and Dad.

Update on Cooper Gibson - 5/24

Linda Erwin sent this message from Cooper's grandmother:
"Doctors have discovered Cooper had an aneurysm from a capillary cluster he is missing, which would have taken the pressure off his main artery in his brain, which is the artery that blew.
They said he had the aneurysm then fell.  There was no bruising, which is a sign that the fall didn't cause the bleed.
He is still sedated.  He could have to have another surgery today.
Please continue to pray for this family."

Meet, Greet & Eat

Prayer Request - 5/10

Jackie Helm, Doris Helm's daughter and Kati Helm’s Mother, was having intense chest pain and just overall pain, this morning, so she called 911. She had a “cardiac event” they said. After doing a CT they discovered she has some other issues and will be having a biopsy in the morning and more testing. She has blockage in her heart too, but they said it wasn’t as serious as the other issues, right now. Katie will keep us updated as she knows further information.

PRAISE REPORT!!! 5/8

The Owen teenagers (their parents were killed in the one vehicle accident) that are still in Children's Health had this update today.
"Miracle #1: Dalton woke up and has been moved out of the ICU! He is obeying commands, recognizing people, feeding himself, and whispering words. Truly amazing.
Miracle #2: Michaela woke up a couple days later and is improving so much that she has been moved to the rehab floor across the hall from Dalton. She is breathing on her own and keeping her eyes open longer. She too has started responding to commands. She has a ways to go, but she is a tough little gal with a strong faith.
We are in absolute awe of God's healing mercies upon these children."

Prayer Request 4/21

My friends dad, Dennis Gibson, was in a single vehicle accident, here in Paris, this morning. He’s in critical condition and in surgery now. They wanted to fly him out, but couldn’t due to the weather.
So far we know that he has a broken left leg and arm, lacerated spleen and severe abdominal trauma. They had to cut him out of the truck and it took about 20 minutes to do so. I know it’s all in God’s hands, but I need people flooding the throne with prayers!
My friend is in Louisiana, on her way back home, so also please pray for safe travels home.
Please pray for Dennis' daughters Melody, Heather, Amber and Courtney.
