Weekly Update - 4/24

Patrick told us that he is starting a 7 week series on the 7 "I AM" sayings of Jesus.  Yesterday he spoke to us about "I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE", with the text taken from John 6:35-59.
HIS divine nature, HIS divine character, HIS mission is declaring that "I AM" something!
Jesus wants us to receive HIM ... Not for the gifts, but for what HE can be in our lives.

~~Focus on HIM  ~~Believe in HIM  ~~COME to HIM
THIS is how you get eternal life!
The Bread of Life is a person, HE has power and HE has promises that will last forever!

SYMPATHY:
  • Continue to remember the family of long time member, Ken Love. He was laid to rest this past week. Please keep his family in your prayers.
  • We've had 2 year old Kenzie Reese on our prayer lists for a long time.  She lost her battle with cancer last week.  Her services will be this Saturday.  Please keep her parents and little brother in your prayers.
