Debra Usry sent this message: Phyllis was moved to Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab. Her daughter Barbie said that "the hospice nurse was just here and only God knows the time frame ... but probably within the next 24 to 48 hrs she will be able to dance again. I didn’t even think she would make it from the hospital to the Rehab center."
