Points to Ponder:
1.  "Blessed are the pure in heart for they will see God." (Matt. 5:8)
2.  Cardiac care is vital.
3.  Be careful not to lose your footing.
4.  Commitment to the word and commitment to God cannot co-exist.
5.  Focus on Jesus (Heb. 12:2)
6.  Connect with God!
7.  Don't give up on God!

BAPTISM:  
  • Dalyn Johnson was baptized at Camp Deer Run last Sunday.  Jared had the privilege to baptize Dalyn. He is the grandson of Roger and Stephanie Bryan
  • Gibson Dyess was baptized this morning, after services. He's the son of Jason and Sheridie Dyess and grandson of Joe and Kathy Daniels.  Jason had the honor of baptizing Gibson!
RESPONSE:  Kristi Taylor asked for prayers for support and for health issues.

OUR SYMPATHY is extended to Joe and Tiffany Page and family on the passing of his grandfather, Graham Ballard. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 25, 2019 in Sand Springs Cemetery, Mineola, TX. Please keep them in your prayers!

  • Derald Bulls asked that we pray for Brian McKim. He is the nephew of Vicki Eisele and grandson of Leon and Naomi Elliott.  He was critically injured, in an accident in Little Rock, last night.  He was to have surgery this afternoon on his back.
  • Phillip Cato (Doug and Karen's son) is recovering from hip surgery.
  • Larry Sprinkle (my son) - His E.F. is now at 30, up from the low of 20 three weeks ago, which means the meds are helping... but not enough.  
  • Paul McClain - Health.  We saw Paul and Valerie at lunch today and he is doing great. He thanks everyone for their prayers.
  • Billy Icenhower is doing better.  He has gained some weight, his creatine levels are almost where they want to see them so they can discontinue dialysis.  Please continue to pray for Billy, his family and Ken and Sheila as they continue on this journey.
  • Lonny Parson, local minister, had an aneurysm a few months ago and has had complications. This past Friday they had to amputate his leg. He's having tremendous pain. The doctor informed him yesterday that they will most likely have to amputate his other leg.  He is in Medical City/Plano in ICU.  As of today, he's been in Medical City/Plano for 175 days.
