Please PRAY!!!

Kylie Benson (16 years old) was involved in a vehicle accident on Monday morning.  A semi ran over her car, she got out of that car and walked over 200 yards. She has life threatening injuries at this point, more than 60% 3rd degree bodily burns, inhalation injuries, some spinal (bone) injury, fractured ribs, injury to her right eye and, her right hand is severely injured. They are expecting major disability and a minimum 6 month stay.

Updated Tuesday (10/29):   Kylie is still in a critical stage. She has 3rd degree burns from the top of her head to her knees. You literally can not place a hand on her body without touching a burn. She has fractured ribs and spine with a vent tube for her collapsed lung. She is on a respirator to help her breathe, she can not talk. She is in a medically induced coma. She can not open her eyes because her face is severely burned. Both of her arms and hands have been deeply burned we are concerned with not only infection but the skin restricting blood flow which would lead to loss of her limbs or digits.  We want everyone to be a part of her journey as she walks this out.

Update Wednesday (1030)
:  Today is surgery day! One of the biggest obstacles has been regulating her blood pressure, within the last hour her level of meds to control he
r blood pressure has went from 20 to 5! PRAISE THE LORD!  This means she will be ready for her first surgery! Her lung fluids are clearing too!Praise the LORD!

Please keep in mind that Kylie has no medical insurance of any kind so any donation will be greatly appreciated. Hospital stays are extremely expensive. Kylie’s mother Alicia Manning, (a lifelong resident of McCurtain County, the daughter of retired Highway Patrol Gordon Manning & current McCurtain County Sheriff Deputy herself) will have to be off work in order to be at the hospital. In addition to Go Fund Me, an account has been set up at First State Bank in Valliant, Oklahoma for donations. Be on the lookout for upcoming fundraisers to benefit Kylie and her Family.

If you would like to donate, please click here for the GoFundMe page.
